Dear colleagues! On July 2-6, 2019, in Lviv, the Second Ukrainian IEEE Conference "Electrical and Computer Engineering" (UKRCON'2019) was held. The conference covered the problems of radio electronics, radio engineering, bioengineering and robotics, nanotechnology, systems analysis, computer science and telecommunications. The conference has brought together
scientists from different parts of the world. They have had the opportunity to share their results at the plenary and numerous breakout sessions.

During the discussion of the scientific research results, the scientists of the ICE Department met scientists from Germany, France, and South Korea and identified areas for further cooperation. It was also very useful to communicate with colleagues from Ukrainian universities - NTUU "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Lviv Polytechnic National University and others.
