• HEI: Pushkin Higher Command School of Radioelectronics, 1971-1976, specialization “Electronic Computing Machines and Means of Automation”;
• Adjuncture: Military Engineering Radio Engineering Academy of Air Defense named after Marshal L.A.Govorov, 1983-1986; in 1987 received the scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in the specialty 20.02.14.

Career:

• 1976 – service of the Armed Forces of the USSR and Ukraine;
• 1991 – Senior Research Fellow in Military Cybernetics, Informatics, Systems Analysis, Operations Research and Modeling of Systems and Combat Operations;
• 1992 – graduated from the Marshal of the Soviet Union L.A. Govorov Military Radio Engineering Academy of Air Defense, specializing in Air Defense Operational Army Engineering;
• 2004 – Professor of the Department of Tactics and Application of Space Systems of VIRTA Air Defense;
• 2005 – Associate Professor of the Department of Telecommunication Systems at NURE;
• 2006 – Professor of the Department of Telecommunication Systems at NURE (since December 2016, the Department of Infocommunication Engineering at NURE).

Teaches courses:

• Research methodology and copyright;
• Research methods, infocommunications modeling;
• Mathematical modeling of telecommunication systems;
• Local and enterprise networks.

Academic activity:

• GDR performer.

Scientific activity directions:

digital signal processing, modeling of complex systems, special purpose computer systems.
