The Second International Scientific Conference NGSec 2023 was held
NGSec 2023: International Conference on Next Generation Cybersecurity Systems and Applications was held online on April 26-27, 2023.
The event was organized by the National Aviation University, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics and Karazin Kharkiv National University. It is also worth noting the partners of the event - the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine and the Scientific Association of Cyber Security of Ukraine.
During the opening ceremony, Alexei Shkuratov, vice-rector for scientific work at the National Aviation University, and representatives of the organizing universities, as well as foreign partners, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.
At the end of the plenary session, moderated by Roman Odarchenko, a keynote was presented by Prof. Maxim Yavich of Caucasus University (Tbilisi, Georgia) on Perspectives of post-quantum cryptography.
Both sessions of the conference were also held on April 26 ("Cryptography and cryptanalysis" - moderator Alexander Kuznetsov and "Critical information infrastructure, networks and applications security" - moderator Sergey Gnatiuk). On Thursday, April 27, the closing ceremony was held, during which certificates were awarded to all participants, as well as awards to the best reports.
The English-language conference featured a large number of well-prepared, science-intensive papers by scientists from Ukraine, Georgia, Romania, Poland, Italy, and Kazakhstan.
We are very grateful to all participants for their work and interest in our second conference "NGSec 2023: International Conference on Next Generation Cybersecurity Systems and Applications", which, we are sure, will only get better every year! And now the articles will be corrected according to the recommendations of the reviewers and published in the Springer edition with subsequent indexing in Scopus.
