Dear colleagues! On December 7, 2023 in Kharkiv the International Scientific and Technical Conference "Information and Communication Technologies and Cyber Security" (IKTK-2023) started its work in remote mode. Since 2023 the conference has changed its name and expanded the list of work directions, the previous name was "Problems of electromagnetic compatibility of advanced wireless communication networks".

Conference organizers: Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Conference Directions:

• 1. Communication networks and services.
• 2. Information Systems and Technology.
• 3. Cybersecurity and Information Protection.

The event is attended by students, postgraduates and scholars with a research interest in IT, ICT and cybersecurity. In total, more than 50 theses of papers were submitted in the conference areas.

It should be noted the relevance of the issues covered by the speakers and the emergence of lively discussions at the breakout sessions.
