On 26 October 2021, an online-meeting of Lifecell representatives with students from V.V. Popovskyy ICE Department, KHNURE was held.
The social and educational programme JUMP into life:), which attracts talented young people and promotes the development of future Ukrainian professionals, was presented at the meeting. Participation in the program is free and a flexible timetable is developed individually with a personal mentor to enable the student to continue his or her studies.
During the program, students learn about the full business cycle, realise practical challenges, learn to focus on achieving individual results and are immersed in the working culture of an international company. Lifecell helps young, talented students gain practical skills for a successful career start. Over the 13 years of the programme's existence, around 400 jumpers have taken part and one in three students has received a job offer.
