On October 14, 2023, the forth webinar of the «Secrets of Career Success by alumni of the V.V. Popovskyy ICE Department» was held for students of V.V. Popovskyy ICE Department. The participants of the meeting had an opportunity to talk to Vadim Chakryan, a 2015 graduate of the department, who holds the position of head of the cybersecurity department at DataArt.

Mr. Vadim began his story by highlighting his personal life and creative path, told why when entering the university, he refused offers for budgetary places to study at the educational program "Information Security Management" in NURE, and also highlighted the main advantages of studying at the V.V. Popovskyy ICE Department. During the presentation, Vadim Hazarovich characterized the skills that a modern cybersecurity specialist should possess to get the position of his dreams. The speaker also explained where a young specialist should start to find the best way to build their own career in the world of cybersecurity. He also detailed the main cybersecurity areas that are worth studying and improving their knowledge so that every student can find themselves and realize their aspirations.

During the communication everyone could ask any questions to the speaker. Traditionally, the questions related to the first steps on the way to getting initial experience for students, as well as tips - how to get the first job without experience. The guest of the webinar recommended platforms for individual learning for students outside the university plan to improve their knowledge.
