The second year of the Erasmus+ project has ended with the Jean Monnet module “Integration of EU Frameworks and Policies on Cybersecurity in Ukraine”.
Dear colleagues, participants of our Project!
So ended the second year of the Erasmus+ project, the Jean Monnet module “Integration of EU Frameworks and Policies on Cybersecurity in Ukraine”.
It should be noted that the project team (Yevdokymenko M.O. , Yeremenko O.S. , Kuzminykh Y. and Adamov A. ) continued to educate students and disseminate the best European practices in cybersecurity despite the war, sirens and difficult conditions. And the greatest reward for us war our course participants, our students, tutors and leading specialists from all over Ukraine!
I would like to thank all our participants for their time, for their hard work and positive feedback!
So what we have done for the 2021/2022 academic year? :
1. Conducted four courses:
- EU framework and policies on cybersecurity.
- EU best practices: Detecting and Analyzing Cyberattacks using Machine Learning.
- EU best practices and strategies on cyber resilience.
- EU best practices for IoT and intelligent infrastructure.
2. Trained more than 200 participants out of the planned 140!
- During the year we were able to cover almost all regions of Ukraine! Among the registered were students and tutors of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, Khmelnytskyi National University, Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, State University of Telecommunications, National Aviation University, Lviv Polytechnic National University, O. S. Popov Odessa National Academy of telecommunications, Dnipro University of Technology, National University «Zaporizhzhia polytechnic», Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and leading experts from government agencies.
3. Participated in the Congress of the Ukrainian Association of European Studies and the School of Young Scientist 2021.
4. We submitted an article for publication in the collective monograph “European Studies in the World: Lessons for Ukraine”
5. We took part in the All-Ukrainian flash mob within the framework of the Europe Days 2022 in Ukraine.
Now we are preparing for the webinar “Integrating of EU Cybersecurity frameworks through educational courses”, which will be devoted to the implementation of courses in the educational process at the universities of Ukraine.
