The first semester of training in the disciplines of the international project "DigiJED-2: Digital Education Together" is over
Since the beginning of 2023, the V.V. Popovskyy ICE Department of NURE joined the German-Ukrainian project "DigiJED-2: Digital Education by Joint Efforts". As part of this project, 16 students from theV.V. Popovskyy ICE Department were involved in this project in the spring semester. They each had the opportunity to learn one or two additional courses remotely on the list of
- Machine Learning with Python;
- Introduction to Deep Learning;
- Data Processing Cloud Technologies;
- Creating Mobile apps with Android;
- Distributed Systems & Network Programming.
The courses were taught in Ukrainian or English.
Eight students from the department received scholarships from the project during the semester.
The V.V. Popovskyy ICE Department would like to thank each of the 14 students who found the time and opportunity to properly represent the department and NURE at such a difficult time, with missile attacks and power outages and Internet access, to successfully master the material and confirm their high level of knowledge in the chosen course (courses).
For each mastered course the student received a certificate, which is the basis for re-enrollment in a similar content discipline, which is taught at NURE.
Three students - Momot Vladislav, Shpilkin Andrey and Steshenko Sergey had time to confirm their high knowledge in two courses of the project simultaneously with studying at NURE. 75 percent of the final grades received by our students were excellent. Student Steshenko Sergey is one of few who received the maximum mark of 100 points for the chosen course.
Congratulations to the students with a successful completion of the semester and excellent grades!
We are waiting for the students of the department to participate in the project in the new semester beginning in September 2023!
